VA Mountainside

This 3-bedroom rests in the mountains of VA and features a large detached garage and walk-out basement. The client placed an emphasis on the envelope of the structure, specifying intricate thermal details and specialty windows.

Challenges included utilizing an onsite propane tank as a fuel source and steep sloping land. We worked with the client to limit the scope of excavation and choose building products that would get them the thermal barriers they were looking for.
